What is this role?
As a People Business Partner - Bilingual for Cirkul, you will work directly with an assigned Manufacturing Operations team to understand their functional goals, strategies, and facilitate their success by driving People strategies and initiatives. This position is accountable on all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including engagement, culture, onboarding, retention, change management, talent development, performance feedback and coaching, compliance, and employee relations.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of People team policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Facilitate, guide and influence performance management cycles with supervisors.
Taking Ownership:
- Provide coaching to supervisors on employee development and performance management.
Making Decisions:
- Utilize business insights and trends in reporting to inform strategies to improve retention and engagement.
Cultivating Relationships:
- Trusted advisor for assigned area to support overall operational effectiveness and performance.
Instilling Trust:
- Work with the larger People team to ensure engagement and employee experiences are consistent with organizational objectives.
Customer Focus:
- Serve as a partner to the manufacturing operations team to support the entire employee experience from onboarding to offboarding and all things in between.
What background should you have?
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- 3 years HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, or other equivalent administrative experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Independent judgment and discretion are important qualities as many duties performed are of a critical & confidential nature.
- Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize business demands, anticipate needs, be proactive, in adapting and responding to changing situations.
- Works well in both team oriented and autonomous environments.
- Results-driven, intrinsically motivated with a passion for people and business.
- Experience with Google & Microsoft Suite including sheets, powerpoint, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
