What is this role?

The Marketing Specialist will support and execute Cirkul’s brand-building efforts across influencer marketing, brand initiatives, and public relations. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will play a hands-on part in shaping how Cirkul shows up by driving awareness, credibility, and engagement through authentic partnerships, compelling brand storytelling, and earned media. This is an execution-focused role with opportunities to grow, test, and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will be coordinating influencer campaigns, managing creator relationships, drafting PR materials, supporting brand launches, and tracking performance metrics. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with social, creative, content, brand, commercial and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely execution, while also staying close to trends in culture, creators, and media.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results:

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Support brand initiatives and launches with cohesive messaging across creators, PR, and owned channels
• Assist in securing earned media coverage and managing PR deliverables
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Taking Ownership:

• Own day-to-day execution of influencer programs, from outreach to content delivery
• Manage timelines, assets, and communication across multiple campaigns
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, partnerships, and storytelling

Making Decisions:

• Make informed recommendations on creators, partnerships, and messaging based on performance data and brand fit
• Balance speed and quality when executing in a fast-moving environment
• Escalate risks and opportunities thoughtfully, with proposed solutions

Cultivating Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and media contacts
• Partner closely with internal teams to align brand, social, and commercial goals
• Represent Cirkul’s brand values in all external communications

Instilling Trust:

• Deliver work that is reliable, detail-oriented, and on time
• Communicate clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders and partners
• Follow through on commitments and maintain a high standard of professionalism

Customer Focus:

• Ensure all influencer, brand, and PR efforts resonate with Cirkul’s core consumer
• Advocate for authentic storytelling that reflects how customers actually use and love the product
• Use customer insights and feedback to inform campaigns and messaging

What background should you have?

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, brand, PR, or a related field
• Experience working with influencers and creators, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brands
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Data-aware mindset with the ability to track performance and extract insights
• Passion for brand building, culture, and social-first storytelling
