This role is responsible for leading all commercial operations for a manufacturing site, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and top-line profitability across commercial and military accounts. The position oversees inside sales, contract administration, forecasting, and market strategy while driving revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term customer partnerships.

- Lead the contract administration and inside sales team, supporting all customer-facing activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profit margin, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and internal revenue targets.
- Oversee order management from entry through delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships aligned with operational needs.
- Negotiate and manage long-term customer contracts, including compliance, renewals, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and executive decision-making.
