Job Title: Program Coordinator

Position Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the effective coordination and administration of organizational programs by providing administrative, documentation, communication, and data-tracking support. This position plays a key role in ensuring program activities run smoothly, records are accurate, and communication across staff, clients, and partners is clear and timely. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Director of Programs to support mission-driven services and compliance with organizational and funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative and program support functions. Maintain accurate and organized documentation, records, and data systems. Support intake, referrals, scheduling, and follow-up activities as assigned. Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and community partners. Track program activities and assist with reporting and outcomes documentation. Support compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and grant requirements. Assist the Director of Programs with coordination, planning, and administrative tasks as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
Required: High School Diploma, GED, or a diploma or certificate demonstrating completion of a homeschool high school program. Computer literacy required, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and basic data entry systems. At least one year of experience in an office or administrative setting, which may include paid employment, practicum or internship experience, or volunteer administrative experience.
Preferred (Not Required): Associate Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Services, or Office Administration.

Assessments
