Program Coordinator
Location: St. Charles, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | On-call evenings/weekends
Pay: Based on experience
We are hiring a Program Coordinator to support our residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role provides leadership to Managers, Lead DSPs, and DSPs while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned homes and staff.
- Conduct routine home visits to ensure safety and compliance.
- Review documentation, monthly summaries, and correct deficiencies.
- Train, coach, and supervise staff.
- Ensure services follow agency, state, and federal requirements.
- Maintain communication with staff, individuals served, and guardians.
- Participate in team meetings and support scheduling needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Human Services preferred (experience may substitute).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 25 lbs.
