What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new business while managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts
  • Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and research tools (Google, Hoovers, ZoomInfo)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling high-level escalations
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and lead strategic planning sessions with client leadership
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Provide direction and performance coaching to direct reports
  • Monitor KPIs and oversee daily operational tasks for your team
  • Guide quoting, communication, and execution to ensure excellence in service delivery

Expectations
  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day for senior level AE's, higher for less experienced AE's
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including load count, gross profit, and CRM activity
  • Demonstrate Circle’s “No-Fail Service” mindset by minimizing preventable issues
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and consistency in daily tasks

  •  $50,000–$65,000 base salary (DOE) uncapped commission potential
