Track & Trace Representative
📍 Whiteland, IN | Full-Time | $17–$20/hour | Mon-Fri, 8-5 schedule

What You'll Do
- Monitor and track shipments from pickup through delivery
- Make proactive check calls to drivers throughout the day
- Maintain a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily
- Enter new load information into our proprietary transportation management system
- Communicate shipment updates, delays, and exceptions to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch to resolve issues quickly
- Monitor freight using multiple tracking platforms to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and paperwork
- Deliver outstanding customer service while keeping freight moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Previous logistics, transportation, customer service, or call center experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
