Transportation Associate (New Graduate Opportunity)

Circle Logistics is a third-party logistics company that coordinates freight movement for customers across the U.S. We are hiring Transportation Associates to join our operations team and support the daily movement of freight across the country.
This is a full-time, in-office role designed for recent college graduates. No prior logistics or transportation experience is required. We provide structured training, hands-on learning, and clear expectations from day one.
About the Role
As a Transportation Associate, you will learn how freight moves from origin to destination by working directly with carrier partners and internal teams. You will manage shipments, track progress, and help resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
This role is well suited for graduates who want to build business, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
