Construction Worker

We’re looking for a skilled General Construction Worker/Manager who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a collaborative, professional team committed to excellence.In this role, you’ll contribute across all phases of residential remodeling—supporting high-level carpentry tasks, assisting with project coordination, and helping bring beautifully crafted spaces to life. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong carpentry experience who wants to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $30–$45/hour, based on experienceBenefits include:401(k) with company matchHealth, Dental, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off and HolidaysProfessional development & training opportunitiesSupportive, family-driven team cultureSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)What You’ll DoPerform carpentry-related work, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and general finish tasks on residential remodels.Support daily site operations, including setup, coordination, and workflow planning.Assist with material takeoffs, ordering needs, and basic inventory tracking.Complete minor exterior repairs such as siding patches, exterior trim, door/window adjustments, and small roofing repairs.Participate in daily start-up and close-down procedures, including safety checks and documentation.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times.Help guide less experienced team members by demonstrating proper techniques and high craftsmanship standards.Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications.Assist with project closeout tasks such as punch lists and preparing spaces for client move-in.Uphold company quality, communication, and safety standards in every task.What You Bring5 years of residential carpentry or construction experience, including framing and finish work.Strong understanding of construction sequencing and an eye for detail.Excellent teamwork, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills.Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email); experience with JobTread or BuilderTrend is a plus.OSHA-10 certification required; RRP or CSL preferred.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own basic tools.Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods.Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe worksites.About Wolfe Design Build LLCWolfe Design Build is a full-service residential design-build company specializing in high-quality, thoughtfully designed projects.
