Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office management tasks.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee office budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely processing
- Maintain and update employee records related to attendance and leaves
- Handle basic human resources tasks such as onboarding and benefits administration
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting
- Ensure efficient clerical and administrative support to staff
-Full discretion of the financial aspects of the company, including: G/L, A/P & A/R.
-Duties include the processing of all aspects of bookkeeping, including payments/paychecks, invoices, vendor billing, deposits, reconciliation, audits, etc.
-Processing of Customer Required Documents (incl. security check data, pay apps, COI, etc.)
-Process all government related liabilities and required documentation on local, state, and Federal levels (i.e. taxes, government registrations/renewals, BPOL, vehicles, required local documents, etc.)
-Greet customers & process customer order requests.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Social media management & maintenance a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Quickbooks)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
