Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and govern a comprehensive quality management system to ensure continued success and product excellence.
- Lead and mentor our Technical Support Team, establishing and improving key performance indicators to drive performance.
- Assess all quality planning, assurance, and control activities across the organization, providing expert-level guidance.
- Collaborate with our operations team to maintain lineside quality boards and expand quality product metrics for both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Partner with our learning center and the broader quality community to establish skill development plans related to product quality.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a BS equivalent with an emphasis on quality management.
- 3-5 years of proven experience working within a quality organization.
- Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills, with a flexible work style to manage multiple duties and deadlines.
