Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements and target audience.
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and procure required materials and services.
- Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and other external parties to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed event documentation including timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Event Specialist, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively.
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
