ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hardworking, proactive candidate to support our Director with brand research, venue scouting, and talent identification for upcoming experiences in Miami. This role is perfect for someone bilingual (Spanish/English), ambitious, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-moving company that collaborates with global brands.
No prior experience is required—only strong work ethic, curiosity, and drive. The potential to earn is significant for those who take initiative.
POSITION DETAILS
Role: Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible, compatible with an existing job
Location: Must live in Miami, FL
Meetings: Weekly (in person or Zoom)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify brands, trends, venues, and talent that align with Clandestinemood
- Support outreach efforts and assist in securing brand partnerships
- (bonuses guaranteed for confirmed deals)
- Maintain an organized database of leads and communication
- Provide occasional administrative support for event planning
- Attend all Clandestinemood events in Miami (announced well in advance)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (written and spoken)
- Strong research and organizational skills
- No experience required, but enthusiasm and reliability are essential
- Hardworking attitude and willingness to learn quickly
