This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Specialist, based in Miami, FL. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-end events, such as private tastings, product launches, and luxury experiences. The role includes liaising with clients, managing event logistics, and ensuring a memorable experience for attendees. The Event Specialist will also collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote events, engage with customers, and enhance the Rare Collects brand presence.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and attendees effectively
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing to design and execute high-quality, detail-oriented events
- Experience in Sales and building relationships with clients to maximize opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the fine wine, spirits, or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to event challenges
