Job description
Cincinnati Cabinets is hiring a Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant to work with homeowners planning kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
This is a showroom-based sales position. Customers come to us through advertising, referrals and repeat business. You will receive warm leads and scheduled appointments. There is no door knocking or cold calling.
We need someone who can build trust, understand what the customer wants, present the right options and confidently ask for the sale.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in our showroom
- Understand the customer's project, style and budget
- Recommend cabinets, countertops and related products
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Present pricing and explain product options
- Follow up consistently with open leads
- Collect deposits and complete sales paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
- Coordinate with designers, measurement teams and installers
- Provide a professional customer experience from the first meeting through installation
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required
- Experience in cabinets, remodeling, flooring, furniture, automotive or another high-ticket sales industry is preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers to make decisions
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Available to work Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Cabinet experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
- $800 weekly base pay
- Uncapped sales commission
- Paid training
- Warm leads provided
- Commission is paid after the required customer deposit is collected
- Paid biweekly
- Expected annual compensation of $50,000-$120,000 based on performance
