Now Hiring: Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant
Are you an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer looking to take your career to the next level? Cincinnati Kitchens is growing, and we're looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces while delivering an exceptional client experience.
This position works with both new construction and remodeling projects, giving you the opportunity to design everything from custom dream homes to complete kitchen and bath transformations.
What You'll Do
- Design custom kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces using 2020 Design/Cyncly software.
- Guide clients through the entire design and sales process—from initial consultation to signed contract.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and referral partners.
- Prepare professional designs, proposals, and product selections.
- Collaborate with our Project Manager to ensure successful project execution.
- Meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of Kitchen & Bath design experience (required)
- Proficiency with 2020 Design/Cyncly (required)
- Strong design, communication, and consultative sales skills.
- Experience in residential remodeling and/or new construction.
- Experience working with builders is preferred, but not required.
- A motivated, organized professional who enjoys building relationships and helping clients bring their vision to life.
