Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales & Showroom Design Consultant located in Cincinnati, OH. . Responsibilities include assisting clients in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service, guiding them in selecting cabinetry and furnishings, and offering design consultations. The consultant will develop and maintain client relationships, execute sales strategies, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Other tasks include preparing quotes, managing client follow-ups, and ensuring product accuracy and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships
- Experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of interior design, including space planning and aesthetic principles
- Familiarity with furniture and furnishings, as well as cabinetry offerings
- Proficiency in software related to design, quoting, or sales is a plus
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred
