Cincinnati Cabinets is seeking a Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing showroom team. This role is ideal for a personable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with clients face-to-face, guiding them through design decisions, and building long-term relationships.
You will work primarily with warm leads and schedule showroom appointments, helping homeowners select cabinets and countertops that fit their style, needs, and budget. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to confidently guide clients through a structured sales and design process — not from pushy or aggressive sales tactics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Meet with an average of one or more scheduled clients per day in our showroom
- Guide clients through cabinet and countertop selections, layouts, finishes, and options
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Follow up with warm leads and existing clients to move projects forward
- Manage your client pipeline using our CRM system and complete daily follow-up tasks
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized showroom environment
- Stay current on cabinet trends, finishes, and product offerings
- Provide a high level of professionalism and care to every client interaction
WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND IS NOT)

This role is NOT:
- Cold calling
- Door-to-door sales
- Construction or field labor
- High-pressure or aggressive sales
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience in consultative sales, client services, or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize multiple clients and follow-ups at once
- Comfort using CRM software and keeping accurate client notes
- Creative and thoughtful follow-up style (calls, texts, emails, short videos, etc.)
- Interest in home design, interiors, or renovation (formal design experience not required)
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, client services, or a relationship-based role
- Experience with longer sales cycles or high-value purchases is a plus
- Background in design, remodeling, or construction is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
