We are a growing kitchen remodeling company looking for a driven Appointment Scheduler to work our incoming leads and book consultations for our design team.
What you’ll do:
- Call, text, and follow up with inbound leads
- Schedule qualified appointments in our design center
- Maintain CRM (Kommo) with clear notes
- Confirm appointments and improve show rate

- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making calls daily
- Organized, consistent, and results-driven
