Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure crew engagement and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
- Coordinate daily communication and activities with pipe fitters, rig welders, and helpers.
- Assist the Superintendent in planning, preparing, and ensuring materials and deliveries are onsite.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly jobsite.
- Assist in receiving inventory and documenting equipment and material deliveries.
- Support inventory management and timely return of rental equipment.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.
- 2–4 years of experience overseeing a team
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- In-depth knowledge of safety and quality procedures
- Proficiency in inventory management and documentation
- Technical knowledge of welding and pipe fitting
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite Familiarity with construction scheduling and planning tools
