Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- 1 or more years of general, full-time work experience.
- May be reduced with the completion of advanced education.
- 1 or more years of directly related experience in training systems engineering, instructional systems design, or simulation development in a NASA, NASA contractor, or equivalent commercial space environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing or maintaining training systems for complex technical or aerospace operations environments.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes as applied to training systems.
- Strong technical writing skills with experience producing training plans, lesson plans, or related documentation.
- Bachelor's degree.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Prior experience supporting NASA human spaceflight training programs, flight crew training, or mission operations training.
- Experience with simulator design, integration, or certification for aerospace or defense applications.
- Familiarity with ADDIE or other instructional systems design methodologies.
- Experience with configuration management tools and processes in a systems engineering environment.
- Familiarity with commercial space vehicle systems, ground systems, or mission operations concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Education/Instructional Design, or a related technical field.
