- Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
- 6 or more months of directly related/progressive IT experience or systems operations experience
- Demonstrated experience operating in dynamic, high-consequence operational or test environments, managing shifting mission priorities, and rapidly resolving emergent technical/scheduling conflicts.
- Active DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, or SSCP) or higher at the time of hire.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Continual Service Improvement processes. Experience with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) inspection processes.
- Hands-on experience utilizing MDA Helix ITSM (BMC Remedy), SolarWinds network monitoring, DoD 365 SharePoint collaboration tools, and DISA Power BI analytics environments.
- Practical knowledge and experience in network design, implementation, and routing/switching protocols and devices.
- Practical experience with DISA-mandated security tools (e.g., Assured Compliance Assessment Solution [ACAS], Host Based Security System [HBSS]), analyzing vulnerability scans, and formulating compliance reports.
- Familiar with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) authentication and Information Security best practices in a secure government network environment.
