- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Minimum years of related experience: 5 or more years for level 4, 10 or more years for level 5.
- Experience leading software teams or projects.
- Experience utilizing Agile development processes.
- Development Operations (DevOps) or Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) experience.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience using appropriate code versioning, build, and test automation tools.
- Senior (level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD 4 years' related work experience, Master 7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
- Senior (level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD 9 years' related work experience, Master 12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Test automation experience.
- Experience deploying and sustaining Docker and Kubernetes solutions in air-gapped environments, including cluster administration, orchestration, automation, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based container platforms such as AWS.
- Proficient with the GitLab ecosystem.
- Security or equivalent certification.
- Proficient with a variety of software development languages, tools, and techniques.
