Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director at our Houston location. The Sales Director will lead sales initiatives, oversee daily sales operations, develop strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, conducting outreach to local communities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to meet occupancy and revenue goals. The Sales Director will also analyze market trends to enhance the community's visibility and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building strong relationships and addressing client needs effectively
- Strong skills in Team Management and mentoring, with the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Proficiency in Business Development and strategic planning to drive growth and identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the senior living industry or healthcare industry is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
