This is not a maintenance role.

This is not a cushy account manager seat.

This is a build-the-market, win-new-logos, own-the-region role.

You will:

• Hunt new business across energy, commodities, and financial firms
• Prospect aggressively and build pipeline from scratch
• Run sharp discovery calls to uncover data and workflow pain points
• Sell LLM-powered data and automation tools directly into trading workflows
• Work closely with product & engineering to tailor solutions
• Support and grow local Houston clients post-sale
• Deliver demos, onboard new accounts, and drive adoption
• Represent NorthGravity at Houston energy and commodity events

You will be the face of NorthGravity in Houston.

You might be 2–5 years into your career and thinking:

“I don’t want to be average.”

“I want to sell something real.”

“I want exposure to serious markets and serious clients.”

“I want upside.”

You:

• Have 2–4 years of B2B sales experience
• Have closed deals (not just supported them)
• Love the hunt — outbound doesn’t scare you
• Want to deeply understand energy and commodity markets
• Get excited about AI, automation, and LLM technology
• Are competitive, ambitious, and coachable
• Want to grow into a senior role as the company scales
• Are based in Houston or ready to relocate

You don’t need to be an energy expert — but you need to be obsessed with learning.

• You’ll sell into hedge funds and trading desks early in your career
• You’ll build domain expertise in energy AI (a powerful combo)
• You’ll work directly with founders, product, and engineering
• You’ll have real ownership of a major U.S. market
• You’ll have strong performance-based upside
• You’ll join while we’re scaling — not after it’s built
