Church's Chicken - Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team at a quick-service fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in various roles within the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas
- Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional products or upgrades
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
