## Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with job aids / training and quality standards
- Ensure food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Monitor food supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

## Skills
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with food industry best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
