Church's Chicken - Shift Manager

## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations.

## Duties
- Manage and lead a team of employees during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee food production, cleanliness, prep level for next shift and next day.
- Train new staff members
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and procedures

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food service operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- English and Spanish speaking
- Previous experience in team management
