The Role
We’re looking for temporary, seasonal help in our custom frame joining department to assist us in assembling custom order frames during our peak season. This role assembles custom frames by operating specialized joining equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading and following work orders and operating manufacturing equipment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This is currently a temporary role ending in June. However, there may be potential to either extend the temporary assignment or convert to a permanent position in the event the temporary employee demonstrates outstanding reliability, accuracy, and productivity, as well as if the business determines additional headcount is needed in this area after the conclusion of the temporary assignment.

What You’ll Do
- Follow work orders consistently and accurately, measuring and tracking joined frames and damaged parts.
- Inspect the quality of parts and ensure consistency across the final product.
- Utilize resources effectively to maximize time and meet production goals for joined frames.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of all joining and production tasks.
- Adhere to all safety procedures while working with machinery and materials.
- Report any concerns or quality issues to the supervisor and propose solutions when applicable.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
