What You’ll Do
- Support execution of marketing programs and initiatives, helping move work from idea to delivery
- Partner with teammates across Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Digital to keep campaigns, projects, and workflows moving efficiently
- Take initiative on assigned projects, following them through to completion with minimal oversight
- Maintain visibility into active initiatives, anticipate needs, and surface issues before they become blockers
- Support Sales and Business Development efforts by preparing presentations, materials, and summaries
- Develop working knowledge of products, offerings, customers, and use cases to better support revenue initiatives
- Research prospecting, lead generation, and marketing tools; summarize findings and recommendations for leadership
- Prepare KPI slides, dashboards, and reporting materials for marketing and sales performance reviews
- Pull, organize, and validate data from systems such as GA4, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Build and maintain trackers, documentation, and boards (e.g., Monday.com) to support execution and follow-through
- Quickly learn new software, systems, and workflows and apply them to improve efficiency
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and synthesis
- Assist with defining requirements or documentation for minor development or technical projects as needed
- Support Sales and leadership with special projects or initiatives as assigned

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
