Chuck Nash Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Department Manager Admin to support the daily operations of our Parts Department. This position plays a vital role in keeping the department running efficiently by providing administrative support to the Parts Manager, maintaining accurate records, coordinating processes, and assisting with inventory and vendor communications.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Parts Manager and Parts Department staff.
- Maintain and organize department files, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, credits, and vendor paperwork.
- Monitor and reconcile parts invoices and assist with accounting-related tasks.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate warranty and return documentation as needed.
- Answer department phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders, shortages, and returns.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, training, and department communications.
- Maintain confidential employee and department information.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience required.
- Automotive dealership or parts department experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.
- Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
