Compensation
• Hourly pay uncapped commission bonuses

What You Can Expect
• Work directly within the dealership sales process
• Consistent daily interaction with customers actively purchasing vehicles
• Steady walk-in traffic and built-in opportunities
• No cold calling—outreach is focused on previous customers, prior quotes, and warm
follow-up opportunities
• Ability to build and manage your own pipeline
• Regular interaction with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers depending on
dealership traffic
This role provides a balance of inbound dealership traffic outbound follow-up, allowing
you to stay productive whether the dealership is busy or slower throughout the day.

Schedule
• Monday – Saturday (Closed Sundays)
• 5-day workweek with a set weekday off
• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
As a sales-driven role, there may be times you stay a little later to assist a customer or
complete a sale—all time worked is paid.
Responsibilities
• Quote and sell auto, home, and additional insurance products
• Cross-sell and bundle policies
• Consistent follow up on prior quotes and warm opportunities via phone, text, and email
• Assist multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
• Build relationships and support long-term retention
• Provide occasional customer service support (payments, ID cards, general questions)
when needed
• Assist with inbound calls and walk-in customers as part of a team environment
Requirements
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred due to customer base
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
