We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our dealership team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and can efficiently manage high-volume vehicle traffic while maintaining excellent service standards.
The Express Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our quick service department for routine maintenance and light repair services. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Write repair orders accurately for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other maintenance services
- Recommend manufacturer maintenance services and additional needed repairs
- Maintain communication with customers regarding service progress and estimated completion times
- Coordinate workflow with technicians to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Review completed services with customers and answer questions clearly and professionally
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service drive
- Help achieve department sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Automotive service advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Usual hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:15 am -6:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays 7:30 am – 3:00 pm as needed based on department scheduling.
