# Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join us. The main responsibilities include cooking skewers on the grill, preparing and making skewers, and assisting with cashier duties when needed. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physically active kitchen tasks.

# Responsibilities

Cooking & Skewer Preparation Duties:

* Grill and cook BBQ skewers during service hours

* Prepare and make skewers (meat and vegetable skewers)

* Assist with food prep, including cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients

* Maintain cleanliness of grills, kitchen equipment, and work areas

* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as needed

* Restock supplies and help organize inventory

* Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

* Support the kitchen team during busy hours

Cashier Duties:

* Greet customers and take orders accurately

* Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions

* Answer basic menu questions and provide friendly customer service

* Pack orders carefully and ensure order accuracy

* Keep cashier area clean and organized

Qualifications

* Previous restaurant or food service experience required

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours

* Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment

* Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks and lift up to 30–50 lbs

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Basic math and cash-handling skills
