As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture and ensuring HR compliance while balancing business and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on workforce planning and recruitment.
- Manage benefits processing and payroll accuracy.
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and injury reporting.
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage HRIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR files.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing required!
- SHRM-CP Certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP WFN and Workday preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- High integrity and professionalism.
