CHT USA Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Supply Chain Planner to support and optimize production planning across our Cassopolis, MI and Richmond, VA locations. If you're passionate about driving efficiency, coordinating cross‑functional operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules across multiple production areas, considering raw materials, staffing, and equipment availability.
• Maintain the daily open order report and lead the daily order status meeting.
• Maintain and update key performance indicator (KPI) reports as assigned.
• Coordinate closely with production supervisors to ensure manufacturing goals are met safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively.
• Maintain minimum finished‑goods stock levels in alignment with the sales team.
• Collaborate with customer service, QC, and production to achieve a high level of customer service.
• Create and manage work orders in the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4 years of supply chain, inventory, or logistics experience (preferred).
• ERP experience (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple daily priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with MRP principles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to varying communication styles.
• A humble, curious, and continuous‑learning mindset.
