You forecast fabrication demand and align outsourced production capacity so projects stay on track.
You collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and virtual construction teams to understand upcoming needs and keep information flowing.
You coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure fabricated materials arrive exactly when and where they’re needed.
You build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party fabrication partners, serving as the central point of coordination.
You support issue resolution, clarify project requirements, and help ensure drawings, models, and materials are aligned with field expectations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management, Construction/Industrial Management, or a related field
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction operations, supply chain, or project management may be considered
Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, or operations planning
Experience coordinating material procurement, logistics, and transportation
Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across operations, procurement, manufacturing, and field teams
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and ERP/business systems
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Preferred:
3 years in demand planning, scheduling, supply chain, or forecasting
Experience working with third‑party manufacturers, fabricators, or contract production partners
Familiarity with industrial construction, mechanical contracting, piping fabrication, or manufacturing environments
