key member of our manufacturing team, you\'ll help produce high-quality
materials used in products across the country. Your day may include:
\*Mixing, extruding, and weighing materials to exact specifications
\*Operating and cleaning blending and production equipment \*Reviewing
run sheets for accuracy \*Recording and reporting production data
\*Partnering with Quality Control for inspections \*Labeling and
transporting materials to extrusion \*Keeping your workspace clean,
safe, and organized \*Completing required documentation to support
consistent processes This is hands-on, active work - perfect for those
who enjoy moving, learning new skills, and being part of a team that
takes pride in what they make. What We\'re Looking For: \*Education:
High school diploma/GED preferred \*Skills: Basic math, ability to
follow written instructions, comfort with unit conversions \*Experience:
Forklift certification a plus (or we can help you get there!)
\*Attributes: Reliable, positive, team-oriented, and committed to good
attendance \*Physical Requirements: Lift up to 55 lbs., stand/walk for
long periods, work in a loud industrial setting \*Safety First: PPE and
safety protocols (including respirators) required - no exceptions Why
