Shipping & Receiving Associate
Leominster, MA
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
$500 at 90 days | $1,000 at 180 days
Chroma is looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role combines administrative and computer-based tasks with some physical work so we’re looking for someone comfortable doing both.

What You’ll Do
- Handle administrative tasks like paperwork, reports, and data entry
- Schedule shipments and work directly with freight handlers and carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, etc.)
- Print shipping labels, bills of lading, and daily reports
- Track shipments and help resolve delivery issues
- Oversee inventory cycle counts - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required
- Comfortable with administrative duties plus hands-on work duties
- Experience with TMM systems and Inventory Management Systems preferred or similar programs
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift packages and work in a warehouse environment
