Chroma Color is hiring directly for an Office Administrative Manager, a Leadership Team member of the facility who must demonstrate a strong leadership presence. This key role reports directly to the Site Leader with a dotted-line relationship to Corporate Human Resources.

This role requires a highly flexible, hands-on professional who can balance plant administrative responsibilities with onsite HR leadership. The successful candidate will support plant operations through reporting and administrative functions while serving as the primary HR contact for the facility and an active contributor to site leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Plant Administration
- Track production data and support daily operational reporting
- Prepare site-level reports and administrative documentation
- Work closely with production leadership to support operational priorities
- Provide general office and administrative support across departments
Human Resources Leadership
- Serve as the lead HR representative and Leadership Team member for the facility
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles
- Administer benefits and respond to employee questions
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Partner with Corporate HR on policy implementation and compliance
- Provide leadership, influence, and problem-solving support across the site
- Confidentially handle all disciplinary matters as needed
- Need to work in there—tracking of HR compliance (policies, onboarding, attendance, etc)
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–7 years of related administrative, HR, or manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and presentations
- Solid math and analytical skills, including data interpretation
- Leadership Team experience or demonstrated leadership presence in a manufacturing or operations-focused environment
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and solve problems cross-functionally
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis
- Familiarity with LMS, safety/compliance systems, ERP/MES, inventory, or production scheduling systems preferred
Work Schedule
- Four days per week: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- One day per week: 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Supports a three-shift operation
