We are seeking an energetic and personable Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with basic office management tasks such as supply inventory and mail distribution
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain organization of the reception area to promote a tidy, welcoming environment
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience, ideally in a front desk or receptionist role
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and clarity
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus, demonstrating strong time management skills and attention to details
- Experience working with elders or in a healthcare setting preferred
