Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Experience
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments preferred
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Certification in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA compliance are a plus
