What You'll Do
As a caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support that helps clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Depending on each client's needs, responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Respite care for individuals living with dementia
- Meal planning and preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping
- Mentorship and emotional support
- Other non-medical home care services

We know that everyone's schedule is different. That's why we offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities based on your availability and the clients you'd like to serve.
Whether you're looking for just a few hours each week or hoping to build a full-time schedule, we'll work with you to find assignments that fit your lifestyle. As our client base grows, you'll also have the opportunity to add hours if you'd like.
Current Opening: We are currently just starting to expand throughout Barron county. So we are looking for individuals who would preferably be willing to work with participants in their homes throughout Barron county. At the moment we are generally looking to fill a few shorter shifts (5-10 hours a week). Then if you'd like to stay at that amount that's great, or if you want to take on more hours as referrals come in, that's great too.
What We're Looking For
Qualified applicants should:
- Have caregiving experience (2 years preferred)
- Be compassionate, dependable, and flexible
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Have a reliable, insured vehicle
- Have a reliable phone with voicemail
- Have access to email
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health disorders
- Crisis intervention or crisis management experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
Pay & Schedule
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
- Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
- Schedule based on your availability and client needs
- Some evening and weekend availability may be preferred depending on client schedules
- Start date will be determined by caregiver availability and client placement
