- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ condition or behavior promptly to supervisors
- Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in healthcare settings and caregiving roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility safely
- Certification in CPR or first aid is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications upon hire
