How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build Relationships: Provide warm companionship, engaging conversations, and meaningful connections.
- Personalized Care: Assist clients with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Specialized Mobility Support: Safely operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts (required for specific client assignments, like our Courtland case).
- Health & Safety: Support client mobility, assist with routine care reminders, and keep basic health records updated.
- Outings & Appointments: Help clients stay active in their community with reliable transportation to appointments and errands.
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate heart and a genuine passion for helping seniors and individuals in need.
- Required Experience: Proven experience operating a Hoyer lift (specifically needed for our client in Courtland).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours based on client scheduling and care needs.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Bonus Perks: Prior home care experience, CPR/First Aid certification, or experience with special care needs (such as Dementia or autism spectrum support).
