Personal Care Worker (PCW) — Wautoma, Wi
Part-time | Flexible schedule
Starting wage: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
Christian Servants Home Care is looking for a dependable, compassionate Personal Care Worker (PCW) to provide non-medical, in-home support to a client in the River Falls, WI area.
If you enjoy helping others and want a rewarding job where you can make a difference in someone’s everyday life, we’d love to hear from you!
Caregiving experience is welcome but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
You may assist clients with:
- Companionship and emotional and social support
- Respite care
- Dressing and undressing
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Safe mobility, transfers, and use of mobility devices
- Meal preparation based on individual needs and preferences
- Medication reminders and assistance with self-administration
- Grocery shopping and other errands
- Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and linen changes
- Transportation when needed
- Completing required documentation
- Other non-medical activities of daily living and supportive care
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate and caring personality
- Dependability and punctuality
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to complete a background check
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Reliable phone with voicemail
- Email access
