Flexible schedule! 5 days a week and occasional weekend help.
Requirements:
- Must be compassionate and highly reliable.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and insurance.
Skills
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is a plus.
- Strong patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
- Familiarity with caregiving techniques related to dementia care and long-term care experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and manager.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
