Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Perform medication reminders accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
- Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while maintaining food safety standards
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning living areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
Skills
