What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Christian Servants Home Care?
This is a great position for someone who is energized by working with people who are developmentally and/or physically challenged. The clients we serve are in need of compassionate care for a wide variety of things. They thrive on things like companionship, positive reinforcement to overcome daily challenges, and the positive attention an experienced caregiver can provide.
We support our clients in the place they call home providing any non-medical needs such as respite, supportive home care, mentorship, daily living skills training, general companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, medication reminders and more.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience providing related caregiving services: 1 Year
* Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
* Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance
* Must have reliable phone with texting capability and voicemail
* Must have mobile internet access for timekeeping
* Must be compassionate
* Must be consistently reliable and punctual
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Caregiving: 2 years
* Experience working with special needs children: 2 years
