Project Manager, Store Development, the Americas
Overview: Based in the New York City office, the Project Manager of Store Development plays a key role in bringing the world of Christian Louboutin to life across the region. This position is responsible for leading the successful delivery of store development projects across freestanding boutiques, shop-in-shops, temporary stores, and pop-ups throughout the Americas. Reporting to the VP of Store Development, this role ensures that every project is executed with precision, creativity, operational excellence, and a deep respect for brand standards. From early planning and feasibility through construction, handover, and opening, the Project Manager will help drive projects forward — keeping teams aligned, details sharp, budgets on track, and openings on schedule. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with regional and global partners across Architecture, Construction, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, Retail Maintenance, and external consultant teams. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on project leader and a thoughtful team partner — someone who can manage complex workstreams, anticipate challenges, lead with clarity, and bring energy to every stage of the process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project execution, coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and the Global Architecture team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand expectations.
- Guide design reviews across project types and serve as a key liaison between regional and central teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
- Review construction cost estimates, proposed bids, and renovation budgets.
- Communicate design, budget, schedule, and project updates to the necessary internal departments with clarity and consistency.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, expeditors, inspectors, lawyers, contractors, and other project partners to keep work moving efficiently and clearly.
- Oversee display fabrication and ensure displays meet established Christian Louboutin brand standards.
- Ensure brand-supplied items are ordered through approved vendors and partner with Logistics teams to support timely delivery to site.
- Manage the consolidation and completion of punch lists between the brand, boutique teams, architects, and project partners.
- Maintain accurate project records, files, and archives to support transparency and continuity across the team.
- Partner with Operations, Visual Merchandising, Retail Maintenance and Repairs teams to ensure handovers are complete, thoughtful, and clearly coordinated.
- Travel regularly to project sites and fabricator workshops to support quality control, project progress, and vendor collaboration.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5 years of experience in store design project coordination/management, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of store planning and construction methods
- Fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe CS, rendering ability is a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills along with transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
- Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
- Additional language fluency is a plus

In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law, Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $100,000- $125,000 per YEAR.
*This range is NOT inclusive of other forms of compensation or benefits such as commissions, overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence. Such details will be further communicated during the interview process and/or at the time of an official offer of employment.
