As we aim to expand our outreach, we're looking for a dynamic Community Outreach Coordinator / Evangelist to spearhead this mission. In this role, one will nurture and guide people in the Walla Walla area toward faith and a deeper understanding of Jesus Christ.

Qualifications
- Has a strong relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for evangelism.
- Has proven experience in family ministry, either as an employee or a volunteer, and demonstrates creativity and effectiveness in outreach and discipleship.
- has relational warmth. People find you approachable and easy to talk to. You clearly care for people and can speak comfortably and naturally in front of large and small groups.
- Has strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with youth, parents, and volunteers.
- Is self-motivated, and can develop new programs and outreach strategies with perseverance.
- Aligns theologically with basic Christianity and can affirm the sacramental witness of Emmanuel Lutheran.
- Ordination is not required.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not necessary.
- Champion outreach initiatives to connect with unchurched families, introducing them to the hope found in Jesus.
- Mentor and disciple young families and children, guiding them in their faith journey.
- Network with other leaders in the area to foster connections.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, schools, and community organizations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of family events, retreats, and mission projects that promote community and spiritual development.
Time Commitment
- 25-40 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible to help meet ministry schedule.
- Attend established worship service.

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
